GEOTECHNICAL Applications

High speed replacement for field sewing of nonwoven geotextiles, and can also be used to field seam geocomposites, geonets, and gcls. Capable of seam welding all weights of nonwoven geotextiles (4 to 60 oz) and T-joints. Seam width is 2-inches. Walk-behind operation provides ease of use without operator fatigue. Smart controls with current sensors provides up to the second cartridge heating status. Fast operation -- over 30 feet per minute with 100% MARV seam strength (ASTM D4884-96).

INDUSTRIAL Applications

High speed replacement for factory sewing of nonwoven synthetic textiles and natural/synthetic blend textiles. Table-top or floor mounted operation. Used to seam weld polypropylene, polyester and nylon. Also used to seam weld end-to-end of factory fabricated nonwoven textiles. Seam width may range from 1 to 40-inch. Fast operation -- up to 100 to 300 feet per minute depending on application and material.
